Clarity

Diamonds have the potential to produce an incredible amount of brilliance – more than any other gemstone. Completely clear diamonds are the most brilliant, as nothing interferes with the passage of light. Therefore, the less inclusions there are on either the interior or exterior of the diamond, the higher its quality. However, very small inclusions do not affect the beauty or durability of a diamond. Only a trained eye, using a 10-power magnification, can establish the extent of a diamonds clarity.
